Michael Moulton – Michael is a highly seasoned real estate investor with a focus on the southeast real estate market. He specializes in single family & self-storage acquisitions and owns investment and brokerage companies in Charlotte, NC. With a diverse portfolio including single-family homes, commercial properties, and vacation rentals, Michael and his team are experts in various investment strategies. Prior to his real estate career, Michael held esteemed positions with GE. In 2005, he took the leap to pursue his passion full-time. When Mike isn’t working, he’s creating & building and playing sports with his family.
COO & Asset Manager
Jeanne Moulton – Jeanne comes to our business from holding executive roles at two different Fortune 100 companies. Jeanne ensures that our people, systems, and processes run efficiently to serve our customers. She also oversees the construction process & asset onboarding onto our platforms. During her non work hours, Jeanne doubles as an amazing mom, wife, and enjoys fitness & cooking.
Inside Sales
Tracy Sacaguing – Tracy is the front end experience for our customers. Her cheerful attitude is welcomed by prospective customers looking to sell their property. She works with our customers to understand their needs and timing so that she can make a seamless transition to our sales team to best serve the customer. During her non working days, Tracy loves to travel and also to perform as a singer.
Acquisitions Manager
Daniel Cacnio – Daniel role is to acquire properties for our company. He works closely with our inside sales team to understand each customers unique circumstance so that he can craft a solution that is a win-win for them & our company. He sources, analyzes, & negotiates the purchase of new properties for the companies. During his non work days, Daniel enjoys going for motorcycle rides while enjoying nature.
Lead Manager
Kathreen Briones – Kath manages the day-to-day operations, marketing staff, and determining prospective property sellers & buyers for the team. Through this role she determines the property purchase prices, coordinates transactions, & handles property dispositions. Her role combines the responsibilities of lead management, transaction coordination, and disposition tasks. During her non working days, Kath enjoys traveling and immersing herself into new cultures and experiences!
